So, on our last show we went over the Laws of Attraction. Now we will start diving into this a little bit before each show. If you come to our Facebook page and also our website, you can read these as I post them. Come join us…

So tonight, we will be talking about, like attracts like: This law suggests that similar things are attracted to one another. It means that people tend to attract people who are similar to them—but it also suggests that people’s thoughts tend to attract similar results. So Negative thinking is believed to attract negative experiences, and on the other side positive thinking is believed to produce more desirable experiences.

Practice gratitude
Practicing gratitude has been shown to reduce stress, improve self-esteem, and foster resilience even in very difficult times.

Spend time with positive people
Being around positive people has been shown to improve self-esteem and increase your chances of reaching goals. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up and help you see the bright side.

Nurture your mind with great thoughts, for you will never go any higher than you think.
– Benjamin Disraeli

– Helen Keller
