How does the law of attraction work in practice?

Everything is made of energy. Our bodies, our thoughts, the trees, cars, buildings, and money everything is energy. The law of attraction shows that like attracts like. Therefore, when you match your energy to the energy of what you desire, it will undoubtedly be attracted to you. Now you say, how can I do it? Simple. You think about it, feel it, smell it, and taste it.

If it was that simple, we would all have everything we desire, but we don’t. So why is that?

Remember the most important thing is to be aware of our thoughts? They can help our manifestation, but they can also prevent it from happening.

During a day, many of our thoughts are internal conversations on how we do not deserve or are not worthy of good things. Most of us are so used to this internal conversation that we do not even notice it.

What will happen if you sit down for 5 or 10 minutes a day and visualize and feel your desired object. Do not spend your day having thoughts that contradict what you are trying to Manifest into your life.

Another thing to consider is to trust that the universe is working on your behalf and let go of the outcome. If you are too eager to attract what you want, you send out a vibration into the universe that you lack that object.

Remember, like attracts like, and you will be attracting the lack of the object instead of the thing itself. So to avoid this, ask yourself, “how would I feel if I had… already in my life?” then stick to those feelings as if you had already received them. This way, the universe hears “I already have it,” then you will attract it.
