Around fall 2012, as the perimeter rover at WSR Monroe, I watched a white corkscrew spiral with an orb at the top rise over the hills nearly every clear night for weeks. Then on a full-moon night three low helicopters crossed the prison in single file. The first and third were loud, but the middle one passed about 100 feet overhead in complete silence with pilots visible. I radioed main control and logged it.
